Had a great stay over New Year’s at a hotel near a popular shopping center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and hot water. Best aspects were the affordable rates and the proximity to the shopping center - just a quick walk away. Really enjoyed the convenience of having a mall nearby to grab a bite to eat or to shop around.

The location was not convenient for sightseeing and taxis were expensive. , the hotel was noisy due to traffic and the walls being thin.

The hotel is very near to the city center and public transport. Mid Valley mall is just a short drive away. the rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the parking is convenient.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the quality of the rooms. Secondly, the location couldn't be better, just a short walk away from the bustling mid valley. And thirdly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the room, like the queen size bed and the breakfast included - a great way to start the day!

Spent Christmas in the city and stayed at a hotel with excellent facilities. the buffet breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of dishes from different cuisines. the location was perfect with easy access to malls and other shopping destinations. the hotel staff was gracious and welcoming, making every effort to make the stay comfortable. the pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for families with young children.

The rooms were slightly cramped, and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. the Wi-Fi speed was inconsistent and dropped frequently, making it hard to work remotely.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a popular shopping mall and just a short drive away from Kuala Lumpur city center. The staff were friendly and efficiently catered to my needs, providing extra pillows upon request and allowing me to change my room type. The private parking lot in front and basement of the hotel ensured a safe spot for my car. Additionally, the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations for its price range.
